For all the pixels buyers

Part 1: About buying pixels of MillionReturn.com

  1. The minimum unit of purchase is $100 (100 pixels), and the maximum purchase is whatever is left.
  2. When you 'buy' those pixels, you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, but rather the rights to:
    • submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the space you have paid for (See Part 2)
    • and share the 50% revenue of MillionReturn.com with other buyers(See Part 3).
  3. Your order must be confirmed by me before it taking effect. And before this, those pixels are still available. I will finish the confirmation as soon as I can in 24 hours.
  4. There may be a chance that several buyers picked the same pixels-blocks. And in this condition, the first buyer’s order will be taken. And the other buyers have to change their plans, or get their money back.
  5. After you bought those pixels, you can’t resell, exchange or give them to someone else.
  6. Once your image and Link are accepted and published on the homepage, or your payment is calculated as the last month revenue of Millionreturn.com in the first day of every month, you can’t get a refund.

Part 2: About advertising on MillionReturn.com

  1. No obscene, offensive or illegal content is allowed in your image, your description and the web site which your image link to. If your image, text or link is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise you may choose to get a refund and loose your pixels.
  2. You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them. So be sure of what you want!
  3. If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show obscene, offensive or illegal content, then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime.
  4. You can remove your images or links from the homepage in the future, but you will not get a refund and those pixels will become public available again. But you will still share the revenue as usual.
  5. You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit.
  6. Images must:
    • be the exact size and shape you have paid for;
    • be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format, and a reasonable file size;
    • NOT be animated.
  7. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://.
  8. Descriptions must be brief - no longer than 50 words.
  9. After I received your image, link and description, I will publish them on the homepage as soon as I can in 24 hours.
  10. MillionReturn.com will be online at least until February 14th, 2012 (5 years since ‘Day One’ at least). But it will be highly likely to last longer as it can generate money itself.
  11. There might be occasional downtimes for site maintenance or unexpected accidents, and I will try my best to keep those to minimum. And you will not get a refund for this (as we actually are partners in sharing the revenue of this site).

Part 3: About sharing the revenue of MillionReturn.com

  1. Important: all the dates and times mentioned here are according to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time.
  2. You will share 50% of the month revenue of MillionReturn.com with other buyers since the day you purchased.
  3. The money you can get in a certain month is according to the proportion of the pixels you own in all the sold pixels until that time.
  4. The month revenue of MillionReturn.com is all the money that can be generated from MillionReturn.com every month. Now it is coming from publishing Google Adsense on this site and selling pixels of the homepage. But there would likely be more ways to generate money from MillionReturn.com in the future.
  5. The month revenue will be calculated at first day of next month and you will get your share before the 5th of every month.
  6. The returns will be sent in US dollars to your PayPal account. It is the same PayPal account through which you buy my pixels.
  7. If you buy my pixels through your Debit or Credit card, the returns will be sent to the email address that you submit in your order. And you will receive an email notification of this payment. After clicking the link in the email, you can sign up for a new PayPal account for free. The money will immediately appear in you account balance.
    Note: You must confirm your email address before the money will be credited to your PayPal account.
  8. Personal accounts of PayPal are free for sending and receiving money. But there might be a small fee to withdraw funds to your local bank account from your PayPal account. It depends on where you are and how much you want to withdraw. You can find more information about this on PayPal’s Official Help Center.
  9. You must pay for the withdraw funds, the tax or any other kinds of cost of sharing this revenue all by yourself.
